About Silverlinings

Silverlinings is a small family business run by Miranda and Andy Simms.

Our office is kept in shape by Miranda’s sister Vanessa..and the registration desk at our Wedding Fairs is often manned by one of our 4 daughters.

We specialize in bringing brides to businesses and ideas to brides!

We publish both the Silverlinings Wedding Guide, and the Notts/Derby/Lincs Staffs Wedding Guide.

All brides are looking for the best suppliers for their special day, no matter what they want and how much they want to spend. You want it to be as perfect as possible; so you can create a fantastic celebration to share with family and friends. We hope that we can help.

These planning 'bibles' are given FREE through our Wedding Fairs and also wedding dress shops and wedding retailers to over 20,000 brides across the region annually

Our Wedding Fairs stand prices are from £89+ vat and all marketing with us includes a web page tagged to be found in searches, linked to your website with space to add 30 words and up to 10 pictures and a logo. We personally manage a leading network of wedding fairs across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire and Milton Keynes.

Being very hands on we get to know many of the businesses that we work with and are always happy to help and advise new companies planning to enter the market.
