Terms of supply for Silverlinings Premium Web Pages

  1. Content:
    1. Silverlinings Premium Web pages are published by SP&M Ltd as part of www.silverlinings.co.uk.
    2. A standard Silverlinings Premium Web Page will be listed in Silverlinings' directory structure under one area, one market section and up to three specialist categories
    3. Subscribers to The East Midlands Wedding Guide receive a standard Silverlinings Premium Web Page during the period of their annual subscription.
    4. Exhibitors at Silverlinings Wedding Exhibitions receive a standard Silverlinings Premium Web Page which shall be displayed no longer than twelve months from the date of the most recent exhibition they attended.
    5. Information displayed on individual company pages has been supplied to SP&M Ltd by the individual company; SP&M Ltd can bear no responsibility as to the content of text, which we have received in good faith.
    6. By sending picture(s) for display on Silverlinings, the customer also warrants their right to that material and indemnify SP&M Ltd against any claim for breach of copyright.
    7. Companies which supply images to which they have no right of copyright may be immediately be removed from the directory, without penalty.
    8. SP&M Ltd reserve the right without prejudice not to display submissions which are judged to be misleading, indecent or in any way offensive on Silverlinings
  2. Updates, upgrades and new pages
    1. Updates to Silverlinings Premium Web Pages may be made without charge when the company's Customer No is used to submit the update - or for a £10 charge without the Customer No. SP&MLtd will display the Customer No on each invoice sent to Silverlinings Exhibitors and Wedding Guide Subscribers.
    2. Upgrades to Silverlinings Premium Web Pages may be charged as advertised from time.
    3. New Pages or upgrades to existing pages for which a payment is due shall on no account be published before payment is received in full by SP&M Ltd.
  3. Billing details
    1. Invoices are issued by SP&M Ltd, 2 Clarke Close, Kettering Northants NN16 9HP Co reg: 5600149, Vat No: 8792343 84
    2. Invoices issued by SP&M Ltd carry VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%. Rates are quoted ex vat.
  4. Web links
    1. Weblinks from Silverlinings Premium Web Pages may remain inactive if the displaying company has either not returned a link to www.silverlinings.co.uk, or if a payment due in lieu of a return link has not been made.
    2. A Premium Web Page without a weblink to the displaying company shall be called Premium Unlinked
  5. Publishing schedule
    1. SP&M Ltd reserve the right to publish new pages and updates within a reasonable time of receiving a free submission or entry for which payment has been received; in any case, we expect to publish well within one month.
    2. Subscribers whose period of display is coming to its end will receive an email notification with an invitation to resubscribe.
