Terms for booking & exhibiting at
Silverlinings wedding exhibitions

Note that a verbal agreement does not secure a stand:

Booking

1. To apply for your stand, return a booking form with a minimum deposit of £50 payable to SP&M Ltd, 2 Clarke Close, Kettering Northants NN16 9HP. Bookings may also be taken by phone, accompanied by credit card payment of the deposit.
2. If a booking and deposit is accepted by phone, it will be accepted by SP&M Ltd that you have read and agreed to these terms
3. Upon acceptance of your booking, SP&M Ltd will confirm your stand by sending your invoice. Invoices are subject to Vat at 17.5%
4. Full payment must be made not less than a fortnight BEFORE the day of the Exhibition*
5. A company who will display more than one service (eg Bridal and Menswear) on its stand should state the services they will display at the time of booking.
6. A floor plan guide and final details will be sent during week preceding the exhibition. The position of a stand on this guide is not part of the contract to exhibit and may be changed on the day of the event if for ANY reason the organisers deem it necessary.

Cancellation:

1. If any booking is cancelled for any reason, the deposit is non refundable
2. If a cancellation is made less than one month prior to the event, the full amount is payable

*Late payment

Payment not received by the due date will incur a £25+vat administration surcharge.

At the event

1. Exhibitors shall have access for setting up 2 hours before the exhibition starts on the day of the event.
2. All electrical equipment must be PAT tested
3. The organisers will bear no liability whatsoever for safey of persons, stock, money or possessions while travelling to, from or during the event. Exhibitors are urged to take out their own insurance.
   Exhibitors are required to have and are responsible for their own public liability insurance
4. The positioning of exhibitors within the exhibition is at the absolute discretion of the organisers.
5. On no account shall a business display another business on its stand without express permission of the organisers
6. In the interest of Health and Safety stands should be manned at all times whilst the show is open and should not be dismantled until closing time or by express permission of the organiser.

After the event: attendance lists of Brides:

1. Where indicated on the booking form, or by subsequent later request, exhibitors receive, free of charge, the registration list of Brides who have attended, by email or post.
2. The provision of Registration Lists is made under license of the Data Protection Act 1998. It is illegal to pass on this information to any business who has not attended the event. Exhibitors who break this condition will be liable to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
3. Pre printed mailing labels may be purchased for £15+vat per event

Premium Web Page

1. As part of their booking, exhibitors receive a Silverlinings Premium Web Page, which remains in place for a year after the event. The benefits to an exhibitor for returning a weblink to Silverlinings.co.uk shall be as from time to time advertised
2. Additional features and area coverage may be purchased as advertised
3. Exhibitors can update their details by using the form online at www.silverlinings.co.uk/about
