Terms and Conditions for exhibitors

Note that a verbal agreement does not secure a stand:

Booking

1. To apply for your stand, return a booking form with a deposit of £50 payable to SP&M Ltd, 7 North Street, Raunds, Northants NN9 6HX. Bookings may also be taken by phone, accompanied by a card payment 
2. Bookings will not be taken from companies who have monies outstanding from previous events.
3. Bookings will not be taken during the early booking period for Wedding Guide Suppliers for a company without a contract (or written commitment to renew) that runs concurrently with the date of event(s) being booked.
4. If a booking and deposit is made by phone, it will be accepted by SP&M Ltd that you have read and agreed to these terms
5. Upon acceptance of your booking, SP&M Ltd will confirm your stand by sending your invoice, subject to Vat at the current rate.
6. Invoices will show the services you may display on your stand. Any other services you display, not agreed on acceptance of your application in this way, may be immediately removed during the exhibition.
7. Full payment must be made not less than a fortnight BEFORE the day of the Exhibition*
8. A floor plan guide and final details will be sent during week preceding the exhibition. The position of a stand on this guide is not part of the contract to exhibit and may be changed on the day of the event if for ANY reason the organisers deem it necessary.

Cancellation:

1. If any booking is cancelled for any reason, the deposit is non refundable
2. If a cancellation is made less than one month prior to the event, the full amount is payable.

*Late payment

Payment not received by the due date will incur a £25+vat administration surcharge.

At the event

1. Exhibitors shall have access for setting up 2 hours before the exhibition starts on the day of the event.
2. All electrical equipment must be PAT tested
3. The organisers will bear no liability whatsoever for Exhibitors, all persons employed or used by them, stock, money or possessions while travelling to, from or during the event. Exhibitors are urged to take out their own insurances.
4. Exhibitors are required to have and are responsible for their own public liability insurance
5. Stands may not display or promote any services other than stated on SP&M's invoice. (see above Booking (4))
6. The positioning of exhibitors within the exhibition is at the absolute discretion of the organisers.
7. On no account shall a business display another business on its stand without express permission of the organisers
8. In the interest of Health and Safety stands should be manned at all times whilst the show is open and should not be dismantled until closing time or by express permission of the organiser.

After the event: attendance lists of Brides:

1. Exhibitors receive, free of charge, the registration list of Brides who have attended, by email.
2. Pre printed mailing labels may be purchased for £18+vat per event
3. The provision of Registration Lists is made under license of the Data Protection Act 1998. It is illegal to pass on this information to any business who has not attended the event. Exhibitors who break this condition will be liable to prosecution

Premium Web Page

1. As part of their booking, exhibitors receive a Silverlinings Web Page, which remains in place for 6 months after the event.
2. Additional features and area coverage may be purchased as advertised.
